How far in advance tutors (and admin) can schedule a class or session. Applies immediately to the Schedule Class calendar for everyone.

Session End Buffer (minutes)

Extra time added after a session's scheduled end before the call automatically ends (1-10 minutes). A 60-minute session with a 5-minute buffer will end at 65 minutes; both tutor and student see the SAME "time left" countdown and the same end-of-session warning. Applies immediately, for everyone.

Early Join Window (minutes)

How long before a session's scheduled start the Join button becomes enabled (0-30 minutes; 0 = opens exactly on time). Applies immediately, for everyone.

Course Content

Course Material Matching

Maps each Year/Subject/Term/Week value used when scheduling a class to the matching value used in the SharePoint library, so the right booklets attach automatically. Fix this if a tutor reports "no content" for a week that clearly has current, correctly-tagged files in SharePoint.

Year Levels, Subjects, Terms & Weeks

Add, rename, or remove the Year Levels (and their Subjects), Terms, and Weeks used everywhere a class is scheduled. Edit here first, then update Content Mapping above if a value's SharePoint name also needs adjusting.
